Introducing Adam Newth Personal Chef

Adam is a Chef with over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, having spent much of his career in Michelin-quality restaurants, and most recently as Chef Proprietor of The Tayberry Restaurant, Broughty Ferry, holder of 2 AA rosettes and consistent Michelin rating, amongst other accolades. He is a multi-award winning private Chef, having been a previous winner of Young Scottish Chef of the Year and Young Scottish Seafood Chef of the Year, with vast experience of a wide variety of culinary styles.

While Adam has always undertaken private events alongside his work in kitchens, the launch of Adam Newth Personal Chef represents a new and exciting professional challenge for Adam where he is able to truly focus on excelling creatively, and exercising his passion for bringing bespoke luxury to any occasion.

Inspired by his love of food and his desire to raise Tayside's profile on the culinary map, Chef Patron, Adam Newth, opened The Tayberry Restaurant in November 2015. Situated in a beautiful coastal setting, overlooking the Mouth O' the Tay in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, The Tayberry Restaurant offers a contemporary dining experience, using a combination of modern and classic techniques to showcase the best of Scotland's natural larder.
